Through Nordic Minds, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager – BeNeLux – (m/f/d).

M&J Recycling, headquartered in Horsens, Denmark, is a leading global supplier of industrial shredding solutions for the recycling industry. With over 30 years of experience and a clear focus on sustainability and innovation, M&J is actively shaping the future of the circular economy.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the sales territory Netherlands and Belgium (prio I), Luxembourg (prio II)
• Preparing and following up on quotations through to contract conclusion
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships (key account management)
• Attending trade fairs, conferences and industry events
• Market monitoring and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, service, project management)

Your profile

• A technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the sales of capital goods, ideally in the recycling industry
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of complex systems
• Independent, structured and results-oriented approach to work
• Fluency in Dutch and English, French is considered an additional benefit

Willingness to travel (approx. 75%) and work from home within the sales territory
