At M&J Recycling, innovation does not stop at machine design. It extends to how we support our customers throughout the lifetime of their equipment.
MyM&J Performance has for several years been part of our digital service offering. Developed in close collaboration with Inuatek, the platform continues to strengthen uptime and service capabilities across our global installed base.
The partnership combines Inuatek’s data infrastructure expertise with M&J Recycling’s operational knowledge from facilities worldwide.
From operational need to continuous development
Recycling equipment operates under highly variable conditions. Load patterns shift, materials differ from batch to batch, and operating behaviour directly influences wear, energy use, and overall performance.
Recognising this, M&J Recycling developed a scalable way to gain real-time operational insight. Today, MyM&J Performance connects more than 270 machines across 29 countries, a significant expansion from only a few connected installations two years ago.
Turning data into practical value
MyM&J Performance allows our service specialists to:
- Monitor operational behaviour globally
- Detect deviations early
- Support customers before minor issues escalate
- Provide data-based guidance that supports long-term stability
For customers, this means faster response, earlier intervention, and improved predictability in daily operation.
“Access to operational data strengthens both response time and quality of support. It allows us to understand real-life operation and guide customers more precisely,” says Søren Straarup Nielsen, Service Operation Expert at M&J Recycling.
A platform that evolves with operational reality
The collaboration with Inuatek remains ongoing. The platform continues to develop based on daily service experience and customer feedback worldwide.
For M&J Recycling, innovation is not limited to new machine generations. It also means refining how we support performance throughout the equipment lifetime.
Digital monitoring is therefore not an add-on. It is part of how we strengthen uptime, reduce operational uncertainty, and help customers maintain stable, predictable production over time.
