Press Release Horsens, Denmark 4 May, 2022 - M&J Recycling will display a series of exciting new products at this year’s Waste Expo in Las Vegas. In particular, the new, powerful F-series fine-shredders, which are built from the same DNA as our industry leading pre-shredders and have been received with open arms throughout Europe.

The new M&J F-series, which will be M&J Recycling’s big attraction at this year’s Waste Expo, is based on an extraordinarily high level of ambition. The series consists of three models – M&J F140, M&J F210 and M&J F320. All the machines have been designed to deliver a stable, high output of alternative fuels like RDF/SRF (down to 10 mm) and can be adapted to virtually all fractions and capacity requirements between 11 and 23 tons/h. In other words, the end user has a wide array of options to meet the most stringent of applications. 

High uptime and superb performance
The engineers have really outdone themselves with the M&J F-series to make life as easy as possible for the end users. In addition to the renowned Metso M&J build quality, you get a shredder that keeps energy and operating costs at an absolute minimum.

A key focus during the design process was an absolute mandate to minimize service requirements and maintenance program. Easy access to spare parts ensures that maintenance of machines is efficient and user friendly for the end user.

The K series is now available with a smart and time-saving bale breaker which has been highly praised by customers.
