Material is fed onto the rotor by a sensitive pusher that ensures the feed is not forced, meaning that heat generated is kept to a minimum. It is capable of producing an output of consistently sized material from 10-100 mm.

With a large cutting area for increased capacity and a variable rotor speed for processing different materials, the M&J F140 has been built for efficiency. It has self-centering and shock-resistant knife holders with a cutting tolerance of 0.3mm, offering an extremely fine shred.
