New service partnership agreement with Anchor Infra Solutions, India
We are pleased to announce that M&J Recycling and Anchor Infra Solutions in India have agreed to a new service partnership agreement that will support the Indian M&J shredder service market.
For several years, Anchor Infra Solution has been a trusted M&J Service Partner with knowledge about the Indian service market and high-level M&J service know-how to meet the demands of our customers.
The new agreement means that Anchor Infra Solution will continue to deliver professional and high-quality service deliveries to M&J customers within 1st level support, as well as preventive and predictive maintenance. They will also continue to act as our distribution partner of OEM spare & wear parts to the local market to enhance performance in delivery.
As a new addition, Onkar Singh, who is both founder and Director of Product Support & Parts Administration at Anchor Infra Solutions, has now been accredited to conduct commissioning of M&J Recycling shredders.
With the new accreditation, Anchor Infra Solution can deliver, install, and make M&J shredders operational at the customer’s site – something that will especially benefit the Indian market.
During his visit to Anchor Infra Solutions’ office in Dehli in week 40, our Head of Global Service, Ole Brandt, handed over the proof of achieved authority to conduct commissioning to Director Onkar Singh.
