High capacity fine-shredder with a long rotor
The M&J F210 differs from the smaller M&J F 140 model in that it has a longer rotor, is fitted with more knives and has higher motor power. This means high-efficiency fine-shredding of qualified materials.
Perfect for difficult challenges
The M&J F210 features a unique knife system fitted on a multi-edged rotor for optimal shredding performance. Material is fed into the rotor by a sensitive pusher that ensures the feed is not forced, meaning that heat generated is kept to a minimum. It is capable of producing an output of consistently sized material from 10-100 mm.

Besides being the smart choice when it comes to producing Alternative Fuels like RDF/SRF, the M&J F210 is also an ideal solution for many other recycling purposes. Its compatibility with many different materials means that it can be used in a variety of applications.
Designed for efficient performance
With a large cutting area for increased capacity and a variable rotor speed for processing different materials, the M&J F210 has been built with efficiency in mind. It has self-centering and shock-resistant knife holders with a cutting tolerance of 0.3mm, offering an extremely fine shred.

The sensitive pusher and precision cutting result in less strain on the screen, significantly reducing heat production and the risk of malfunctions.

The M&J F210 is equipped with a driveshaft that guarantees minimum wear and energy consumption while still producing top-quality RDF material. For minimal downtime, the knives and knife holders are easily fastened, changed and serviced via a service hatch placed on the outside of the machines.
