Heavy-duty fine-shredder for production of RDF/SRF material
The M&J F320 is a powerful flagship in our strong fine-shredder series, targeting the production of Alternative Fuels like RDF/SRF. Created from scratch, it can deliver an impressive 28 tonnes per hour (or 23 ton 90% below 50 mm).
Equipped with a unique cutting system
The low operating costs can be attributed to its innovative design. The M&J F320 has a unique cutting system that requires minimal daily maintenance. Unlike its competitors, once the rotor knives and static knives have been set in the initial setup, or after the knife holders have been changed, it does not require routine adjustment.
The M&J F320 also generates a limited amount of heat, so you can avoid frustrating downtime due to, for example, molten plastic. Stable and flexible production are key words for the M&J F320. You can just set the output size, adjust the pusher to meet your needs and off you go.
Modular design ensures fast servicing
A unique feature of the M&J F320’s construction is the carefully considered location of wear parts. The service team have quick and easy access to everything and can therefore replace all wear parts extremely quickly to avoid lengthy maintenance.
The shaft can be easily accessed from both sides for servicing and cleaning and the knife blocks have been designed for easy replacement, should the need arise. Maintenance time is reduced by up to 2/3 compared to our competitors, thus offering a higher production yield and significant running cost benefits.
Single-rotor fine-shredders
All models in the M&J F-series are equipped with a single rotor. The multi-edged rotor has a patented knife system and is fed by a pusher. The sensitive pusher ensures that the material is not forced onto the rotor, thus reducing heat generation. A single-rotor fine-shredder can process a wide range of different materials such as refuse-derived fuel (RDF/SRF), hard plastics and loose material.
